- FairCourts Legislation for the "Best Interest of Kansas Children" from the judges.
- Drug Test Judges - Kansas Courts with Substance Free Judges.
- Allow Kansas Voters to Remove Judges - Reduce retention vote percentage requirements for higher expectations of judges from Kansas Citizens K.S.A. 20-2908.
- "PURE" Judicial Peremptory Challenge - Remove Judges Immediately that are Bias, Prejudice, and have Interest in Family Court proceedings and outcomes.
- Reduce lying to police, and in family courts. Fine the liers immediately to prevent harm to children and waste of tax payer's money.
JUDGES HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT AND MAKE GOOD DECISIONS FOR CHILDREN - It's the District judge's job to insure "Best interest of child" - Not passing the responsibity to DCF or Sunflower House or police or attorneys or My Child Adcocate - Even if all of them know of an abused child and do noting to help - The judge is responsible to protect the Kansas minor child from abuse. ONLY HIS SIGNATURE WILL PROTECT A MINOR CHILD.
